Dr. Satish Rupraoji Billewar (B.E.(Computer Sci. & Eng.),M.E. (Computer Sci. & Eng.) M.M.S.(Systems), Ph.D.(Management)) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Systems at Vivekanand Education Society’s Institute of Management Studies & Research, Chembur(E), Mumbai. He has more than 12 years of teaching experience. His doctoral research was in identifying problems in the multidisciplinary field of E-Commerce Systems and providing solutions with the help of Total Quality Management. His contributions in the field of Software Project Management, E-Commerce, Total Quality Management and Software Testing Quality Assurance have been published in many Journals and International Conferences.
