Research & Publications

VESIM’s main objective is to train better business leaders, thought leaders, and corporate professionals. This mission can be accomplished only if there is an unwavering commitment to knowledge creation and dissemination.

At VESIM, we believe that research is the cornerstone methodology for knowledge creation, and dissemination. In the fast paced business world, research provides a framework for refinement of existing business practices. The core faculty at the VESIM is involved in interdisciplinary research, which contributes to the reputation of our institution. The research team combines research and teaching to help students understand the latest advancements in the management theories and practices. Through the innovative research, our faculty indirectly feeds to a wider audience of professionals including management teachers, practicing business managers, and marketing personnel, operational managers, and research associates.

The hard work of our faculty has resulted in the publishing of several research projects till date. Many of our faculty members have already presented their research papers at national and international conferences, and are consultant editors for leading research journals. Our college publications, research papers, paper presentations at conferences, and a vast case study database symbolize our commitment toward qualitative research.

A high attention is paid towards the relevance of the subject, and their contribution to the business world. Throughout the years, our focus areas of research included human resource development, disaster management, infrastructure management, organizational learning, and several management issues.

VESIM supports its faculty and research students by providing various cutting-edge tools, resources, and technology, in their pursuit to outstretch existing boundaries of business research. Many research projects are internally funded, and others receive external grants.
